Your first campaign, explained.
Alync searches public sources for prospects relevant to your offer. You stay in control of targeting, reviewing the evidence, and deciding who to contact.
1. Create your campaign
Choose New campaign in the dashboard. Include your service, ideal customer, and geography. For example: “We install AI receptionists for independent dental clinics in the United States that miss calls outside office hours.” A specific brief gives the search a useful starting point.
2. Launch autopilot
Open your campaign and choose Launch autopilot. Alync prepares your strategy and search queries, then requests the first search batch immediately when your billing and quota allow it. There is no initial 15-minute scheduler wait. Search execution and qualification still take time; follow Activity for progress.
Later searches run on the scheduled cadence. Pausing and resuming does not reset your allowance or make every search an immediate first run. A provider outage, daily search limit, or monthly lead limit can delay results. Autopilot continues in the background when you close the dashboard.
3. Review the evidence
Open Leads, filter by source or priority, and select a prospect. Read the original signal and the explanation before deciding to contact them. A priority score helps you triage; it is not a probability of purchase. A business profile may indicate a relevant fit without expressing an active buying request.
On Growth and above, use Enrich contacts to look for contact details. Some prospects have no discoverable contact details. Review generated outreach before sending it through your chosen channel; a draft is not a sent message.
What “up to” means
Lead allowances are upper limits, not guaranteed delivery. Alync finds existing demand; it cannot create demand on social media. Your results depend on relevant public activity, targeting, source availability, duplicate filtering, and qualification. Some searches may return zero qualified leads.
- Lite: up to 10 leads per month.
- Starter: up to 150 leads per month.
- Growth: up to 600 leads per month.
- Scale: up to 2,000 leads per month.
- Enterprise: no fixed lead cap; scope and service terms are agreed in your contract. Results still depend on available demand.
Allowances are shared across campaigns in a workspace. Monthly lead usage resets on the first day of the calendar month at 00:00 UTC; daily searches reset at 00:00 UTC. These resets are independent of your subscription renewal date. Deleting campaigns does not restore consumed quota. Unused allowance is not a backlog of leads owed.
When something needs attention
- No leads yet: check Activity and Search history. A completed search with zero matches means nothing qualified; it does not necessarily mean the search failed. Review your offer and market before expanding it.
- Daily searches used: wait for the next UTC day. A manual search uses the same allowance.
- Monthly lead allowance used: wait for the next UTC month or review your plan in Settings → Plans & billing.
- Billing needs attention: open Settings → Plans & billing and check your subscription. A checkout redirect alone does not confirm activation.
- Waiting for a source: external providers can take time or temporarily fail. Check the search status before trying again.
- A search appears stuck: use Recover stuck runs in Search history. It clears stale work so a future search can proceed; it does not bypass quota.
- No contact details: enrichment can complete without finding an email or phone. Review the available profile and source link.
Get help with your workspace
Email hello@alync.co with your campaign name, the approximate time and timezone, what you expected, and the status or error shown in Activity. Include a run ID if available. Never send passwords, API keys, or payment card details.
For billing, include the account email and invoice reference. Review the refund policy for the current process. Any contracted response or availability commitments are defined in your agreement.
Connect your workflow
Export the filtered leads view as CSV, or explore API and integration documentation. API access is available on Scale and above; contact enrichment is available on Growth and above. Check your plan before setting up an integration.
